At No Flaws Art, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. As our products are made to order, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. Please review our return policy below to understand the conditions and processes.

Return Conditions​

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you can request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect when submitting your request.
 

Wrong Address
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will reship the item to the correct address at no additional cost. However, if the address error was on our end, we will cover the reshipping costs.
 

Lost in Transit
If an order is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund based on the findings.
 

Order Not Received
Claims regarding orders that have not been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe.
 

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Please ensure you review the size guides and product details before making a purchase.
 

 

How to Submit a Return Request

Email our customer service team at help@noflaws.art with your order number and a description of the issue.
 

Provide Evidence
Include photographs of any damaged or defective items as part of your request.
 

Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and get back to you with further instructions within 3-5 business days.
 

Return Address
If a return is approved, you will be given the address of the appropriate fulfillment center to send the item back.
 

 

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
