We stand behind the quality of every piece we produce. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.

Our Policy

Because every No Flaws Art product is produced to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We strongly encourage you to review our Size Guide before purchasing, and to contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.

We do accept returns and offer replacements or refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Your order arrives damaged in transit
  • Your order arrives with a print defect (colour banding, misalignment, or significant colour inaccuracy)
  • You receive the wrong item

How to Request a Return or Refund

If your order qualifies under the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at noflaws.art/pages/contact
  2. Include your order number in your message
  3. Attach clear photographs of the item showing the damage or defect
  4. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days

Once approved, we will offer you the choice of a full replacement at no additional cost, or a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Timeframes

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of confirmation. The time for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider, typically 3 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or frame option, please contact us and we will advise on the best course of action for your specific situation.

Damaged in Transit

Prints and canvases are packaged with protective materials designed to withstand standard shipping conditions. In the rare event that your order is damaged in transit, please do not discard the packaging — photographs of both the packaging and the product will help us process your claim quickly.
